We had the pleasure of sitting down with Chloe Quinn and getting to know this fresh new romance author a bit better. After our talk it is clear…she is MOST CERTAINLY an author to keep your eye on!
WHY DO YOU WRITE?
It’s fun. For me it’s an outlet for creativity. Drawing is not something I am terribly good at in my opinion so this is my creative thing. This is my way to share something creative with other people via the written word.
WHAT IS THE MOST EXCITING THING ABOUT WRITING TO YOU AS AN AUTHOR?
It honestly is when a new idea hits. The whole creative process. A name on a page upon a blinking screen. The possibilities are endless and I love that. SO EXCITING!
WHAT INSPIRED YOUR SERIES LOVE UNEXPECTED?
Life. (She giggled) I wrote it to inspire myself and all those who are doing a job that is not something they really want to be doing. I needed a change. And this series is about doing something about it.
WHY A DOCTOR FOR THE ROMANTIC INTEREST IN EXPOSED PRACTICES THE SECOND INSTALLMENT OF THE LOVE UNEXPECTED SERIES?
Well…Gidget is really stressed out in this book at the beginning. She needed to talk to someone. It seemed like the best logical choice.
WHAT FULLFILLING ELEMENT DID YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR READERS WITH IN THIS SERIES?
Wanted to write a relatable world with a kick of fantasy that was fresh, sexy, and different. Just things that I want when I read. A book where anyone reading this could leave their worries behind for a little while.
WITHOUT GIVING AWAY TOO MUCH, WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT WE SHOULD EXPECT FROM YOU IN THE FUTURE NOVELS?
MORE SEXY of course. (She giggles)
